DAY THREE
Breakfast (7 am): peach, blueberries, grapes, raspberries, grape nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg with water & iced coffee.
Mood: Woke up early to get some things done. Tired, feeling a bit stressed, relying on caffeine to keep me going.
Snack: Banana & water.
Lunch (12:30 pm): Red leaf lettuce, sorrel, basil, tomato, peppers, cucumbers with aduki beans and red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing.
Mood: Ate at my desk, but enjoyed the company of other colleagues.
Snack: Two dates & almonds
Dinner (7 pm):1 cup of broccoli soup, cucumber rice with tomato, small green salad with tahini.
Mood: Too tired to cook, so I relied on Imagine's Broccoli soup and leftovers.
Snack: soy milk, warm, with cocoa & cinnamon
Exercise: None. I think a walk would have made me feel better though.
