Baked eggs with leeks, herbs, & goat cheese

I made this for breakfast this morning. I filled two ramekins with cooked scallions, garlic, and leeks, then added herbs and goat cheese before topping with an egg and a dash of cream. 12 minutes later this popped out of the oven.
I also made a simple salad of baby lettuces and vinaigrette (walnut oil, vinegar, dijion mustard, lemon) with a bowl of orange slices on the side. A tasty, easy Sunday brunch we enjoyed on the porch.
