Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks, reflect and give back. It's also a time to be thankful for the year's harvest. As the table is filled with turkey, stuffing, cheesy casseroles, bread, sweet potato souffle, and pumpkin pie, don't forget the greens. Greens can add a savory or sweet touch to the table. I'm planning on making
citrus collards this year. Last year I whipped up
this savory recipe instead.
