Get the day started right


Start the day with protein to give you energy and keep you satisfied all morning. Eggs are a great dietary source of protein. I enjoyed a breakfast taco with scrambled eggs and mint, and a side of grapefruit and oranges. Oh and an almond milk latte. Yum. What are you having for breakfast?

Grapefruit! Whole wheat toast topped with slices of avocado and jasmine tea. mmmm

A yogurt, homemade granola and blackberry parfait. Iced coffee to follow after I've done some chores around here.

I have a slice of whole wheat toast and scrambled eggs with a glass of OJ! I always feel so much better when I have a good breakfast.

Hmmm... that looks delicious. My breakfast today was a slice of bread with homemade strawberry jam, coffee, and blueberries. Yum.
