Instalunch: Tahini greens with millet

My camera is dead so I thought I’d post a quick & easy recipe using instagram instead. I picked a lot of vegetables this morning at my CSA and I knew just what I wanted to have for lunch. This recipe is adapted from Whole Foods Market.

I love the greens that you used. For the longest time I thought that beet greens were inedible until I got addicted to the food blogging world and found out that they can be eaten and they taste good!

Thank you for inspiration to use tahini in more than just hummus! Mental note - must use more tahini.

I made this but used butter instead of olive oil. It still tasted good.
