I spent the past five days in Charleston, SC. My best friend got married. It was exhausting, but wonderful. Weddings are always surrounded with wonderful spreads of food.
A few highlights from the week:
Brussel sprouts & sauteed crab
Red snapper (my new favorite fish)
Moroccan hummus
Sweet potatoes with chives, caramelized onions & mushrooms
Cheese & chocolate chip scones
and of course, mimosas!
