Blackstrap Molasses












Food tip of the week: Replace the refined sugars in your cabinet with this nutrient rich option, molasses.

Molasses is a natural sweetener. It's an excellent source of copper and manganese. It's also a good source of iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium.

Drizzle over a bowl of fruit, add complexity to soups and beans, or enjoy by the spoonful.

I just bought these a couple of weeks ago, but have yet to use them! I have to crack it open and get them into something good!
